Today we will gona show you turkish butter roll (pogaca) recipe.Make a little pit in the flour and add the yeast, salt and sugar Pour some milk and mix it with the yeast first Then add the rest of the milk and start kneading Add an egg white and vegetable oil When your dough looks like that, cover it and leave for rising Cut the dough in to 8 equal pieces, shape them as balls Spread some butter on the dough and place another dough, keep doing the same for all Roll it all using a roller Cut the dough into equal pieces Brush the pastry with egg yolk You can season with sesame or black cumin seeds Before you put these into the oven, wait for another 30 minutes so that it ferments Cook for around 25 to 30 minutes on 200C (400 F) pre-heated oven

1 cup of milk (warm)
½ cup of vegetable oil
200 g (7 oz) of feta cheese
1 egg
1 tbs. Of butter
1 tbs. Of sugar
2 tsp. Of salt
